Digital social life

How technology and social media changed the way we interact with each other?

We live in a digital era. Is more common to see people interacting more through devices than in person.

Social media has changed the way we interact with each other, making easier to talk with people that are far from us. But it has also made it harder to connect with the people that are close to us.

Think about it. How many times have you been with friends or family, and everyone is on their phone?

It's a paradox. We have more ways to communicate than ever before, but we are more disconnected than ever before.

Maybe the media sold us a false promise. That we would be more connected, but instead, we are more isolated.

Or maybe the problem is us. We're the ones who need to learn how to use this tool in a healthy way.

I think it's a mix of both. The media has a responsibility to provide us with tools that are not addictive, and we have a responsibility to use them in a healthy way.

We need to find a harmony between our digital and physical lives. We need to remember that real connections happen when we put our phones down and engage with the world around us.

Real interactions are uncomfortable, sometimes boring, sometimes awkward. But they are real.
